You have to climb a 30-foot high indoor climbing wall nearly 2000 times to accumulate 58,000 vertical feet. But that’s what 70 energetic Climbing for Conservation participantsdid at GT-Rock to raise support for CRA and River Care! The event was sponsored by CRA with help from the GT-Rock/Just for Kicks facility on June 29th. Our good friends at Eastern Mountain Sports were on hand to give away some great prizes along with very cool door prizes from Cabela’s, Coleman, and Patagonia.

We look forward to this becoming a regular River Care Kids event. Thank you to all of the volunteers, GT-Rock, EMS, all of our partners that donated gear, and to the General Motors Foundation for supporting River Care Kids!
